Doesn't seem to be a regression; from what I noticed the issue appeared once the section was moved from the newtab side section to the about:preferences page. I can't seem to reproduce this locally on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS: https://i.imgur.com/A6xT9W4.png I notice that you have at least 1 WebExtension installed (since it's showing that warning in about:preferences). If you disable your add-ons, does this problem persist? Or is the add-on required in order for the bug to appear?

I can't seem to reproduce this locally on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS:
This is the general section, I would not be surprised if the issue is specific to the "Home" section - but I can't reproduce there either.
Cristian, do you still see this?

Good point, wanted to double check this as well.
It appears to have been fixed(75.0b8) along the way with another patch.
