[Affected versions]:
- 62.0b20, 63.0a1 (2018-08-23), 61.0.1

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04LTS

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Access the about:preferences#home page;
3. Grab the browser and resize(shrink) it until the text for the main sections text is no longer displayed
(responsive mode)

[Expected result]:
- Content is properly displayed after the resize

[Actual result]:
- The second section - content area is truncated.

[Regression range]:
- will check for/if a regression asap

[Additional notes]:
- attached screenshot with the issue;
- not reproducible on Windows and Mac OS.
Doesn't seem to be a regression; from what I noticed the issue appeared once the section was moved from the newtab side section to the about:preferences page.

I can't seem to reproduce this locally on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS:

I notice that you have at least 1 WebExtension installed (since it's showing that warning in about:preferences). If you disable your add-ons, does this problem persist? Or is the add-on required in order for the bug to appear?

No add-ons cause this.

This is the general section, I would not be surprised if the issue is specific to the "Home" section - but I can't reproduce there either.

Cristian, do you still see this?

Summary: [Linux] - Text in about:preferences page is truncated on shrinking browser → [Linux] - Text in about:preferences "home" section is truncated on shrinking browser

Good point, wanted to double check this as well.
It appears to have been fixed(75.0b8) along the way with another patch.
