- Beta 62.0b19
- Nightly 63.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 7 x64
- Ubuntu 16.04 x64
- macOS 10.13

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Navigate to this link https://getpocket.cdn.mozilla.net/explore/trending?src=ff_new_tab and open ~25-30 different pages each in a new tab, in order to populate the Highlights section.
2. Restart the browser.
3. Click the "..." button for one of the Highlights on the last tile from a row.


[Expected result]:
- The context menu is opened on the left side.

[Actual result]:
- The context menu is opened on the right side and a horizontal scrollbar appears.

[Regression range]:
- If this is a regression I will try to find it as soon as possible. 

[Additional notes]:
- Please look at the attached image. 
- I can't reproduce this issue with Top Sites or Recommend by Pocket.

- first bad build: 2018-05-26

Mozregression concluded that Bug 1463943 - Add compact highlights, compress images and bug fixes to Activity Stream caused this issue.

We don't have time to fix this in 62, but would be nice to see if we can get this fixed in 63 still.

This was wontfixed for 63 and put in the 64 iteration.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly (64.0a1 Build ID - 20181012103207) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.13.3. Now, the "Highlights" card's menu is opened on the left side.
