[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 63.0a1(2018-08-02), Firefox 62.0b13, Firefox 61.0.1 

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Complete several Login Forms on Firefox web browser and Select the Save option from Password manager doorhanger window.
3. Launch the import wizzard from another web browser.
4. Perform the import process by selecting the Import from Firefox option. 

[Expected result]:
- The Import Wizard successfully imports all saved credentials from the Firefox web browser.

[Actual result]:
- The passwords are not imported from Firefox. 
- Note that the tests were performed by importing passwords from Firefox to Chromium and Chrome. 

[Regression range]:
- I will check if this is a regression asap.

[Additional notes]:
- The passwords are correctly imported to other browsers on Windows 7x64, Windows 10x64 and macOS 10.13.

This is probably the opposite of bug 1467094. Are you using the Snap version of Firefox? I don't think we will do anything about this as we're not doing anything wrong, it's more of a bug in Chromium or a limitation of Snaps.

For testing I used a .tar.bz2 build from archive.mozilla.org. Please let me know if you need any other information.
