Once an animation stops in the page it's no longer displayed in the animations tab. IF the body element/div is selected the inactive animations can be listed(check attachement). The idea is that, this way you are able to all see the animations for the current element and know what's happening to it, instead of only the ones that happen on the moment of inspecting. [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox; 2. Open DevTools - inspector, select the Animations tab. 3. Access the following webpage: https://rawgit.com/dadaa/3b73f847427025b51ba1ab7333013d0c/raw/77f3f0bb884875a179c3407f73bf8a8dd54751c9/doc_simple_animation.html 4. In the Inspector section, click on the <body> tag/rowl 5. optional step: wait 10 seconds, click on the Rules tab, click on the Animations tab again [Proposed result]: - the animations that are not playing can be marked as inactive (greyed out or placed in a separated section. [Actual result]: - inactive animations are no longer displayed in the list.
