[Affected versions]: - Nightly 63.0a1 [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - macOS 10.13 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open Firefox with a clean profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles) 2. Hamburger Menu -> Customize 3. From the bottom of the page click on Themes button 4. Try to hover the displayed themes. [Expected result]: - The buttons from the bottom of the page remain there. [Actual result]: - The buttons from the bottom of the page slide up. [Regression range]: - last good: 2018-07-08 - first bad: 2018-07-09 - moregression concluded that bug 1461793 - Remove the "popup-base" binding and import the "popup.css" file as a document stylesheet might have caused this issue. [Additional notes]: - Please look at the attached gif.
