Details

[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 62.0a1
- Firefox 61.0b14
- Firefox 60.0

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 7 x64
- Windows 8.1 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Take out a zipped build from Firefox archive (https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/)
2. Unzip the folder
3. Drag and drop the .exe file in the Command Prompt
4. Write the command " ./firefox -no-remote -p "
5. Start Firefox with a new profile.

[Expected result]:
- The "Welcome to Firefox" page is loaded.

[Actual result]:
- The "Welcome to Firefox" page is never loaded. 

[Regression range]:
- I am not sure this is a regression. I can reproduce this issue using a Nightly build from 2015-02-20.

[Additional notes]:
- This issue reproduces on Ubuntu too, if the command " ./firefox -no-remote -p " is written in the terminal.
