[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Enable Tracking Protection.
3. Access the http://www.bbc.com/ website.
4. Skip the Tracking Protection tutorial until it reaches page 3 of 3.
5. Resize the Browser.

[Expected result]:
The "Show site information" panel is successfully displayed.

[Actual result]:
The "Tracking Protection" and "Permissions" information is displayed as cut off.

[Regression range]:
I will get back with a regression as soon as time permits.

[Additional information]:
For further information regarding this issue please observe the attached screencast.
Ugh, mistakes were made. 

It seems that this is only reproducible on Windows 10 64bit.
OS: All → Windows 10
Hardware: All → x86_64

Hi Liz, I can confirm that this issue is not reproducible anymore with latest Nightly 66.0a1 (20190103094209) under Windows 10 x64.
