In bug #1356314, we switched Antenna to use mozlog format. This format is used by ops and security services for things. It's machine-parseable. This bug covers switching the webapp, the processor, and crontabber services to use mozlog format, too. One problem with mozlog format is that it's virtually unreadable by humans. This impacts development. So I think we want the local development environment to use "regular logging format" and server environments to use mozlog format. This bug covers doing that work.

This blocks using kibana. I kind of think it might be helpful to use kibana, so making this a P2.

This should happen, but it's not a P2 and I'm not going to do it anytime soon, so making it a P3.

Pushed out just now.
When verifying on stage, I noticed that gunicorn doesn't log in mozlog format and the webapp doesn't log requests. That's covered in bug #1525614.
Marking as FIXED.
