Nightly 62.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Windows 10 x 86, Mac OS X 10.12

Preconditions :
Prepare the macOS 10.12 Macbook with integrated webcam and speakers.
Prepare the Windows 10 laptop with integrated webcam and speakers.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Join a call on a https://apprtc.appspot.com/ WebRTC service using the macOS 10.12 machine from Firefox Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-06-05)
2. Join the same call on the Windows 10 machine with Firefox Beta.
3. Check that audio and video are working in the expected parameters during the call.
4. Play with the Mac OsX Sound Volume during the call.



[Expected result]:
- The call should not experience any lag or interruptions.

[Actual result]:
- The Call will continue to interrupt when the user adjusts the Volume for the OS.

Please Note that when using Chrome (Mac OsX) and Firefox Beta (Windows 10) or any other versions of Firefox, the video call will Freeze and only the sound will be available

This doesn't sound like a new regression but we could still take a fix in early beta 62.
