Taskcluster-cli needs some work to respect the rootUrl in deciding how to call API methods and so on, but a nice start will be to output the rootUrl that goes with the clientId and accessToken resulting from `taskcluster signin`. This will help in particular for testing microservices that have been upgraded to be redeployable.
