[Affected platforms]:

[Steps to reproduce]: 
1. Launch Firefox
2. Open the Performance page (Shift + F5)
3. Perform several recordings until the scrollbar is displayed (by clicking on the Toggle the recording state of a performance recording button).
4. Observe the Recordings pane

[Expected result]:
- The Save buttons are completely visible.

[Actual result]:
- The scrollbar overlaps the Save buttons.

[Regression range]:
- This is an old regression, therefore I was able to restrain the regression range, only to the following:

[Additional Notes]:
- The functionality of the buttons are not affected by this issue.
- Resizing the browser (including fullscreen) has no influence on this behavior.

Seems like bug 1425809.
