[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 8.1 x64
- Windows 7 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open http://www.eginstill.com/project/canal-house-loft-amsterdam/
2. Scroll up and down using arrow keys or mouse wheel. 

[Expected result]:
- The scrolling is smooth, without any jerkiness or rendering issues.

[Actual result]:
- The page starts to flicker.

[Regression range]:
- It is not a recent regression since the issue is reproducible on Firefox 57.0.1. I will return with the regression range as soon as possible.

[Additional notes]:
- Sometimes, the issue is reproducible only after minimize/maximize the window.

Seems like some people can repro, others not.
