- Firefox 61.0b6;
- Firefox 61.0b6_DevEd;

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10x64;
- macOS 10.13.6;
- Ubuntu 16.04LTS

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Press Shift+F2 on the keyboard;
3. Press F12 on the keyboard;
4. Paste and go http://www.paginiaurii.ro in the URL section;

[Expected result]:
- Website loads, animations start.

[Actual result]:
- Content in the tab freezes.

[Regression range]:
- Last Good: 2017-04-24 (73752931e273091185e1e4b5231c28beed657cc8)
- First bad: 2017-04-25 (a30dc237c3a600a5231f2974fc2b85dfb5513414)
- Will try to come up with a pushlog link one if needed;

[Additional notes]:
- Attached screen-cast with the issue; 
- Managed to reproduce only with http://www.youtube.com as well, but not all the time;
- After step 4, swapping to another tab then back to this one, will display only the loader icon/animation. The content is not displayed.

Couldn't reproduce this so far, and seems fixed in nightly 62. So I'll try some more to reproduce this and see if we can get a fix in ESR60+61.

Couldn't reproduce on either of the URLs provided in comment 0.
I tested on Firefox 61, on Windows 10.

Cristi: do you mind trying again and checking if this still happens on your end?
If it does, is there anything interesting displayed in the Browser Console (ctrl+shift+J), like errors or warnings?

I can still reproduce it with both links. With the 1st link the issue reproducible more often.

Another scenario to reproduce, with high crash rate is:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Paste and go http://www.paginiaurii.ro in the URL section;
3. Open a new tab;
4. Press Shift+F2 on the keyboard;
5. Press F12 on the keyboard;
6. Repeat step 2.

Or: repeating step 4 before step.

Calling this fixed by the gcli removal in 62.

No longer reproducible with the 62.0b17 build on the available OSs.
