[Affected versions]:
- Firefox  60.0, Firefox 61.0b5, Firefox 62.0a1 (2018-05-16);

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10x64, macOS 10.10.5

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Open a new tab;
3. Click on the Tour button (top-left corner of the page);
4. Click on the Hamburger Menu;
5. Click on Customize button in the "Let's get started" area;
6. Click on the Show Customize in Menu button.

[Expected result]:
- The drop-down menu is opened. The Customize option is highlighted in the menu.

[Actual result]:
- The drop-down is hidden, but the highlight for the option remains visible.

[Regression range]:
- Not a regression, since it was introduced along with the new Tour feature Firefox 57.0a1(2017-09-01);

[Additional notes]:
- Attached screen-cast with the issue;
- not reproducible on Ubuntu 16.04x64;
- also reproducible with the Library instead of the Customize path;
- Intermittently, the highlight can disappear after a while or jumps from the Customize to the Library option in the menu;

Was able to reproduce as well on 56.0a1 (2017-08-01). New tour feature/page present from this version.

Hmm… we have logic to handle this the menu closing after an annotation opens inside it… from the gif it's hard to tell if maybe the panel starts closing from the click outside before the annotation appears so we have a race?

This seems like enough of an edge case to not uplift.
