Firefox 60.0b12
Firefox 61.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
Ubuntu 14.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Customize toolbar by drag and drop in overflow menu the Search Bar item.  
3.Enter a search term in the Search Bar.
4.Press ALT+Enter to submit it.

[Expected result]:
The search results for that term are shown in a new tab. This happens when the Search Bar is near by Address bar(URL bar).

[Actual result]:
The search results not shown in new tab. When press ALT+Enter the Search bar drop down menu was closed and nothing happens.

Note: It seems this is not a regression since the issue is reproducible also on Fx 52, Fx 55.
