[Steps to reproduce]:
 1. Launch Firefox 60.0b5
 2. Type in the address bar "moz".
 3. Update to the latest Firefox beta.
 4. Type "moz" in the address bar.

[Expected result]:
 Search suggestions are displayed ahead of the history/bookmarks in the drop down list.

[Actual result]:
 Bookmarks/history are displayed ahead of the search suggestions.

[Regression range]:
 Will return with the regression range as soon as possible.
This is the same problem we discussed over email, right?
OK.  We don't need a regression range.  This is just a basically expected problem with the b1-b8 builds.  (Well, expected in hindsight.  Thanks for bringing up the problem.)
Drew, could you please assign a priority to this based on your assessment?
I don't think we're going to do anything about this, so I'll mark it P5.

Per discussion in the search meeting today, I'll mark this bug as wontfix. It's already marked wontfix for 60, and that leaves 61, but there's nothing to do here on 61.
