Details

The testing/marionette/{README.md,CONTRIBUTING.md} files are
hard to find for new contributors and is not easily exposed to
http://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/.  Because they contain
the best information on Marionette, I’m inclined to move most of
their contents to testing/marionette/doc.

The second factor that confuses is that we haven’t deprecated/redirected
the Marionette wiki pages on MDN.  But fixing this bug is a precursor
to that.
