Now that most major browsers have headless mode support, I would propose to introduce a --headless flag to wptrunner. This would get picked up in the different concrete browser implementations which would do the right incantations to enable headless mode for their browser. If the browser does not support headless mode, we can error. This will make it easier to enable headless mode in a browser you are unfamiliar with. For example, if a Chromium developer wants to run WPT tests in Firefox headlessly they would today first have to look up what the environment variable name is (MOZ_HEADLESS).
