The symptoms seem to be all closely related, so I'm putting them together: - on desktop, when the window height is reduced, the second scrollbar appears. (attached screenshot) - on iOS 10 Safari, scrolling BMO became choppy and lost the "momentum" effect - on iOS 10 Safari, the "scroll to top" shortcut (triggered by tapping the top bar) no longer works.

Can confirm the bug even in Firefox when the window size is smaller.

Comment on attachment 8941222 [details] [review] pull request Tested on an iPad running latest Safari -- scroll momentum works. Still not ideal for mobile but not much worse than before.
