Not directly security-sensitive, but marking as security-sensitive just in case.
Feel free to open up if you think it's totally fine to be opened.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. have requests in some security-sensitive bug
  2. click requests icon next to avatar

Actual result:
  the bug summary is shown there, without a lock icon

Expected result:
  the bug summary is shown there, with a lock icon,
  just like pre-existing requests page

displaying summary there itself is fine, but it should be better having the lock icon in the item, so that the user won't share screenshot of the dropdown by mistake.
