We need a dashboard for -stage-new that approximates the -prod dashboard we have in Datadog. This will make it easier for us to see flows, surface issues, and otherwise verify things are working/not-working. This is probably hard to do until we've got data in -stage-new, but we either have data now or we're super close so this is something we should work on soon. This bug covers figuring out what that dashboard should look like and implementing it.

There's a dashboard for -stage-new here: https://app.datadoghq.com/dash/405076/socorro-new-stage However, it seems like there's no data since Friday February 9th. I don't know what that means, but it looks wrong. Miles: Did we change how data gets from -new-stage to Datadog or prefixes or something like that? If so, we need to update the dashboard.

This was the result of S3 having improper permissions to trigger the Pigeon lambda function. That issue has been resolved, and things are back to normal. Discounting those several days of missing data (where the dashboards were correctly configured, but the app was not), we have had working dashboards for -new-stage and the ops infra socorro for months now. Marking this fixed.
