(Keywords: regression, Whiteboard: [fxsearch])

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 57.0
- beta 58.0b10
- latest Nightly 59

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 8.1 x32
- Ubuntu 16.04 x32

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Bookmark a site (ex. https://www.youtube.com/)
2. Open the folder where the bookmark is saved.
3. Right-click on the bookmark and click on Properties.
4. In the pop-up change the name of the location with a site that is not present on the home:page by default (ex. https://www.9gag.com/) then click Save.
5. Click on the changed bookmark.

[Expected result]:
- When https://www.9gag.com/ is opened, the star displayed on the right of the URL bar is blue.

[Actual result]:
- The star doesn't appear blue. It looks like the site is not bookmarked.

[Regression range]:
- I don't know if this is a regression, but I will try to find as soon as possible.
