Document what a good default commit range is when configuring "arc diff" first time

When you run "arc diff" the first time, like the documentation [1] says you should, you are asked to specify a default commit range. I think it would be good to suggest what a default commit range would be. In my case I chose "central" because that is the name of the local git branch I have that tracks the remote hg mozilla-central repository. I’m not sure if this is a good choice.
