Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit about:healthreport on latest Nightly
2. Notice infinite loading circle on right hand space where the graph would typically be


Actual results:

The Health Report graph does not load, outputting `ReferenceError: drawGraph is not defined` to the console.


Expected results:

A graph should have appeared displaying points visualizing "Startup Time by Day."

Bug also reproduced here.
Console also shows `taxError: expected expression, got keyword 'for'` for what it's worth.

Moving to the "Firefox Health Report" product.
I assume component is "Client: Desktop", but it might be Web: Health Report aswell.
