[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Access the https://devtools-html.github.io/debugger-examples/examples/todomvc/ webpage.
3.Open the debugger.
4.Hold the CTRL + B combination on any line of code.

[Expected result]:
An breakpoint is constantly created and removed.

[Actual result]:
Another breakpoint is created on a different line.

[Regression range]:
I don't think that this is a regression.

Yep, looks like an edge case but worth investigating.
I've moved the bug to Github where we can work on it.

Hello,
The issue was reproduced using Firefox 57.0a1 (20170817100132) on Windows 10x64.
The issue is verified using Firefox 68.0a1 (20190515092556) and Firefox 67.0 (20190513195729) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04.
