Details

Device:
Samsung Galaxy S8 - Android 7.0
Google Pixel - Android 8 
Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE - Android 7.0

STR:

1. Launch Fennec and load a page
2. Cut off Internet access
3. Load previously opened page
4. Refresh action (Settings-Refresh)

Expected result:
Page is displayed from cache both before and after the refresh action

Actual result:
Page is not displayed after the refresh action

Note that if a back <- and forward -> action is performed, the page is loaded correctly

Note: this issue was triggered on 55.0.2 build
I though if you click refresh this means you want to invalid cache and load the page again instead of read from the cahce?

A forced reload is only for long pressing.
Hi Nevin,

If that is the case, then this can be marked as invalid. But, since this is not reproducible on the live beta we have now (I mean that a refresh action will refresh the page and display it correctly) I thought this was a bug.

Yeah, I think this is the expected behavior. If the page has a serviceworker then maybe the page would still load, otherwise not.
