Please note that this issue is an edge case one.

Windows 10 64bit
Mac 10.11.6 
Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Access the https://devtools-html.github.io/debugger-examples/examples/todomvc/ webpage.
3.Open the debugger.
4.Press CTR+P.
5.Enter many characters inside the search field.

[Expected result]:
Error message is displayed inside the search results panel.

[Actual result]:
The error message overlaps the elements present outside the search results panel.

[Regression range]:
I don't think that this is a regression.

This issue is already fixed in GitHub and will be fixed when the new project search interface lands. target=Fx57
