User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20170807113452

Steps to reproduce:

Is it right to say on Bugzilla or not, I don't know. I just see that and i want to share. If this is not a right platform then tell me.

Actual results:

I am using IObit smart ram and i set auto free and smart free ON and then i start Firefox and open 4 tab and Firefox is taking only 50MB memory and every thing is working just fine NO extra load on CPU, RAM or Hard-drive. Even in one tab i am watching a video on YouTube. Is there any possible way that Firefox can use this technique to minimize RAM usage.
This sounds more like an enhancement.

I don't think we're going to add ram compression directly to Firefox, that's something that should be done at the system level.
