It seems t/901-secure-mail-loop.t will fail when /dev/random is used, it would be better to use /dev/urandom

That is, it will fail when /dev/random is slow, e.g. on a VM or something.

I fixed this in https://github.com/mozilla-bteam/Crypt-OpenPGP/commit/8b1a2cb9913bd0e8938e7f531bbb30734f933334, this new test should pass now.
