[Affected versions]:
- latest Nightly 54.0a1 only

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 8.1 only

[Steps to reproduce]:
(Prerequisits: hidpi and lowdpi monitor attached at one PC)
1. Start Nightly
2. Position Nightly in between the two screens (a part of Fx on hidpi the second on lowdpi)
3. Stretch the width of Fx from hipdi to lowdpi and back

[Expected result]:
- No graphical issues can be observed during this transition

[Actual result]:
- Menubar goes missing if it's not activated and the options are gone if menubar is activated. Fx will recover easily if moved from one screen to the other, if maximized or if menubar is activated/deactivated.

[Regression range]:
- This is a recent regression caused by bug 1320531.

0159e55566c4 Jonathan Kew — Bug 1320531 - Check whether DPI appears to have changed before calling ChangedDPI + ResetLayout while dragging windows. r=emk

[Additional notes]:
- Lowdpi size is 150% and hidpi size 175%, but I don't think the size has something to do with this, did not tried with other sizes (let me know if I should).
- Screenshot is attached showing the issue.

Bogdan, does this reproduce with Photon UI?

Nope, since the actual design of latest Nightly 57.0a1 does not have a top area to disappear. Marking as worksforme.
