The Firefox releases page does not list 50.1.0, and this has worried some people who have checked it after getting an update prompt. The page does list the ESR 45.6.0 release that came out at the same time, though. Not sure if this page is manually updated or automated but suspect the latter given the presence of the ESR release. Maybe the scripts are hardcoded for X.0.Y format for non-ESR releases and can't handle 50.1.0?

The release notes for 50.1.0 do exist:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/50.1.0/releasenotes/
Flags: needinfo?(pmac)
I think I wrote the relevant code at
https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/blob/master/bedrock/releasenotes/views.py#L220-L223

Will figure out why 50.1.0 isn't there.

The fix looked good but I couldn’t fix the test failures. It’s an old version but will try to find time to solve the issue to make sure the page will be a complete archive.
