[Affected versions]:
- 44.*
- 45.*

[Affected platforms]:
- Mac OS X 10.11
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 7 x64
- Ubuntu 16.04 x86

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Change the update channel from channel-prefs.js to release-sysaddon
3. Install Timer Fire add-on (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/timer-fire/) and restart Firefox afterwards
4. Force the auto update from Firefox Menu: Tools → Fire Timer → Add-on Update Check
5. Restart Firefox
   - check the version of the Hello add-on in about:support
   - look for Tools -> Start a conversation context menu option

[Expected result]:
- [step 5] After Hello updates to the 3.0.0 version, it is disabled from Firefox, so the Tools -> Start a conversation context menu option disappears

[Actual result]:
- [step 5] After Hello updates to the 3.0.0 version, only the Hello icons disappear, but the "Start a conversation" context menu option is still present, it looks enabled, but it is inactive

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression

[Additional notes]:
- Fx 46.*, Fx 47.* and Fx 48.* are not affected

I had Mike look at this, and he suggested a minor improvement to check if the menu button is found or not before setting hidden.

This is now up on the release-sysaddon channel for 44.* and 45.* only. The new version of the add-on is 3.1.0.

Hi! We managed to investigate this issue for 44.* and 45.*, using:
- Mac OS X 10.11
- Windows 10 x64
- Windows 7 x64
- Ubuntu 16.04 x86
`Hello` add-on is successfully updated to 3.1.0 version. Also, it is properly removed from all menus.
I will set the status accordingly.
