[Affected versions]:
- latest Nightly 51.0a1 (2016-09-07)

[Affected platforms]:
- Win 10 Pro, x64
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, x64
- MAC OS Sierra 10.12 Beta

[Steps to reproduce]:
Prerequisites: if you don't have a Tumblr account, create one and start following some blogs.
1. Launch Firefox
2. Access Tumblr Login page: https://www.tumblr.com/login
3. Login with your account credentials
4. On Dashboard, hover over Recommended Blogs

[Expected result]:
- A dropdown window appears, displaying profile's icon, Follow button, profile's name and address, the account icon and 3 posts preview from that profile.

[Actual result]:
- Only the 3 posts preview from the profile are displayed; the rest of the dropdown window seems transparent, the rest of the features are not being displayed. 

[Regression range]:
- This is a regression I will follow up ASAP.

[Additional notes]:
- Same thing happens when hovering over the profile pictures of the Followed blogs on Dashboard.

Ciprian, can you get us a regression range?

I tried to reproduce again the issue on the affected Nightly build 51.0a1 from 2016-09-07 for a regression range as Milan ask, but the issue is not reproducible anymore.

Also, I verified on latest Aurora/Nightly builds and they seem to be unaffected. If you have any question please let me know.
