FF uses 1.5-4GB RAM after few minutes of use Actual results: After updating to FF 46 from FF 45 I have Ram memory leaking.

We need more info about your issue. Are you able to reproduce the memory leak with a fresh profile without add-ons and modified prefs? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles If yes, type about:memory in the location bar of the new profile then save a memory log. Then attach it to the bug report. You can attach a memory log of your current profile, if you want to.
