Also, I added this to the https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/64#APIs (which I had to create) and the https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/API/Fullscreen_API MDN pages.

(I also updated can I use: https://caniuse.com#feat=fullscreen)

There is one thing I want to correct that, Chrome is also shipping the unprefixed version in Chrome 71. That was the reason we feel more confident on shipping it at this point.

I'll ask the Chrome docs team if they can update the Chrome compat info.
