(1) Please add to footer of all Bugzilla pages, next to the current "Privacy Policy" link, the following: 

(Legal Terms)[https://www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/mozilla]

(2) Also, please increase font size OR switch to blue font and place in the white "banner" that runs across bottom of page (Home, New, Browse, etc. are in this white banner).  We are legally required to have these links.  The current size doesn't meet the requirement that it be visible enough.

Thanks dkl.  Just one change - can you change the phrase "Privacy Policy" to "Privacy Notice"
