Multiple Selenium cases are failing after the commit of bug 1253914 which adds a <meta name="referrer" content="origin"> header to each page.

If I remove the line, or change to content="origin-when-crossorigin" then the tests pass properly.

Seems that Selenium is utilizing the full referrer URL as part of the testing backend and things break when it cannot get the full URL.

We can either change to origin-when-crossorigin or find a workaround for Selenium.

I can't repro those failures with the docker image built from the current master. :-/
Fixed now that all commits are present on treeherder and are caught up. My out of order commits caused confusion I feel.
