The API ref docs have already been moved into the Firefox OS APIs section: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/API/MozSettingsEvent I've also added a note to the Firefox 48 release notes: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/48#Others
