For some reason during a recent change to product-details the error rate shot up to around 10%. This seems to have been due to calls to get data from product-details returning None. We're not sure why this was yet, but we have seen it before. Either the DB is indeed returning no data, or some bad data is cached at some point and causes problems for the full 15min until the cache timeout. This bug will track our discovery process until we find a fix.
