Steps to reproduce:

I was trying to just post a comment on bug 1102922 but it keeps showing "Form field dup_id was not defined." error and ask me to assign a duplicate id... I don't want to change the status from WONTFIX to DUPE in the first place. In order to post my comment, I HAVE TO changed the status of that bug unintentionally: because in my menu, there is no "wontfix" option at all.

On the old UI, I can.

Thanks Byron for the quick fix. Could you also do me a favor and delete the comment I made in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=971020#c9 ?

I have to test with old UI before I reported this bug, hence the unintended vandalism.
