similar to the existing jobqueue nagios alert, we need alerts triggered when the bmo->reviewboard connector is backlogged. in order for that to happen we'll need a simple script nagios can run.

To ssh://gitolite3@git.mozilla.org/webtools/bmo/bugzilla.git 6a9eda8..939604e master -> master this issue raised some discussion about how best to deal with these from a mozreview point of view; i'll hold off filing a bug to add this to to nagios until that discussion has been resolved.
