I was wondering wtf caused the regression. *sigh*

It seems like SW are only used in the music app if NGA_SERVICE_WORKERS=1 is set at build time (in music/build/build.js:16). I could not find any place where we set that though.

This is caused by use of `window.caches` in the <gaia-fast-list> component. Should be hopefully resolved by Bug 1243849.
