Description:
Occasionally, when the user finishes the FTU, and is viewing the "Start your phone tour!" screen, the 'Start tour' button will not function, and will prevent the user from viewing the tutorials. The user may only select the 'Skip' button to dismiss the tutorial entirely, and be brought to the Homescreen.

This issue has only been seen to occur on the Aries device.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160126105345
2) Progress through the FTU to the "Start your phone tour!" screen
3) Press the "Start tour" button to begin the tutorial.

Actual:
The button will highlight when pressed, but will not activate, and the user will not be brought to the next page of the tutorial.

Expected:
The button always functions properly, bringing the user to the next page of the tutorial with only one tap.

This issue does NOT seem to occur on the latest Flame 2.6 build.

Let's see if we can get 100% reproducible steps here.
