Steps to reproduce:

1) Click to the right of the blue box in the test case.
2) Press ArrowDown on the keyboard.


Actual results:

The blue pane scrolled down.


Expected results:

The whole page should have scrolled down.
Please note that in Chrome the bug does not appear.
