Description:
When the user exits the gallery and stays on the homescreen or another app for at least 5 seconds then re-enters the gallery some of the image icons will refresh.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160105105910
2) Enter gallery
3) Press home button to return to homescreen
4) Wait at least 5 seconds on the homescreen
5) Open gallery
6) Observe image icons

Actual:
Some image icons refresh when re-entering gallery.

Expected:
It is expected the icons do not refresh

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6.

We have no "Last Working" and "First Broken" builds in mozilla-inbound, so I try to find this regression-window in b2g-inbound. Hope this information helps
