So far this month we've racked up ~$90 in AWS data transfer costs for transferring ~4.5 TB from us-east-1 to us-west-2. I reckon some AWS automation doesn't have the bundleclone configuration defined to prefer the local region. looks like the culprit is b/y 2008. will patch userdata.
