Description:
if the user attempts to turn on the full devtools it will not work. the user will go through the 10 confirmation screens and hitting enable on the last screen does not proceed to resetting the phone and enabling devtools.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151204122048
2) Open settings > Developer
3) Scroll to the bottom and toggle "Full devtools"
4) Proceed through the confirmation screens
5) Observe phone not resetting on last confirmation screen

Actual:
Developer mode is not enabled

Expected:
It is expected that developer mode is enabled

This bug has been verified as "pass" on the latest build of Flame master and Aries KK master by the STR in comment 0.

Actual results: It can enable full devtools/developer mode successfully.

This issue is verified fixed on the latest Aries 2.6 Dogfood and Flame 2.6 Nightly builds.
The user is able to successfully enable Developer Mode by tapping on the confirmation button 10 times. The device reboots into developer mode properly.
