STR:
1. Open http://shop.nordstrom.com/
2. Click on "Stores & Events"
3. Provide a zip code, say 95014.
4. Hit <enter>.
5. Using mouse pointer, click on the page (anywhere other than the bing map component)
6. Press PgUp and PgDown keys. Page scrolls up and down as expected.
7. Click on up and down arrow keys on keyboard.

Expected: Page scrolls up and down in response to up and down arrow key events.

Actual: Up and down arrow key events cause bing map to move up and down.
