looks like errormill was moved from phx1 to scl3.

sentry.pl doesn't use the configured proxy server, and it looks like the flows allowing direct connections haven't been updated, so sentry.pl is currently unable to report errors.

given we'll need to use the proxy to report to the cloud-ops hosted instance, let's fix our code instead of asking for new flows.
