Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20151029151421

Steps to reproduce:

deleted some text within text input box, tried to bring it back by hitting cmd+z, while still having focus on the text input.

Actual results:

the last closed tab was re-opened.

Expected results:

deleted text should have been restored.

in general the undo command should be ignored when inside editable element.
Can you reproduce the issue in Safe Mode? If not, one of your add-ons is to blame. Cmd+Shift+T is supposed to be the only keyboard shortcut that reopens the last closed tab.

I tried in safe-mode and it still happens

Never mind, it's not firefox. It seems like BetterTouchTool got the cmd+z definition mapped to cmd+shift+t, maybe a new default or something. I did not do it.
